I will reach out to you for a free 15 minute phone consultation and will schedule our first session.
Prior to our first appointment, you will create an account in my private, online portal and fill out paperwork to maximize time spent getting to know what is going on in your life and determine if we are a good fit.
All sessions are held online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

I do not accept insurance. I am an out-of-network provider and can send you an itemized receipt or “superbill” that you submit directly to your insurance company to leverage your out-of-network benefits. If you intend to submit superbills to your insurance, I recommend contacting your insurance carrier to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits.
